Located In The South Downs National Park, Expect Beauty At Every Turn

Nestled on the border of Hampshire and West Sussex, just an hour outside of London, Fallowcoombe Glamping places you in the heart of some of England’s most enchanting countryside.

Whether you’re here to reconnect with nature, enjoy peaceful walks, or explore charming local villages, the area surrounding our site is packed with things to see, do, taste, and experience.

The South Downs National Park – 10 mins

Miles of rolling hills, ancient woodland, and scenic trails. Bring your boots — this is walker’s paradise.

Rake Hanger Nature Reserve – 5 mins

A quiet, lesser-known woodland walk where you might spot deer, owls, and a carpet of bluebells in spring.

Cycling Routes & Country Lanes

The area is crisscrossed with peaceful cycling paths — perfect for a morning ride with birdsong as your soundtrack.

Stargazing at Fallowcoombe

With very little light pollution, the night skies here are something else. One of our guests' favourite moments? Lying back in the outdoor bath, warm water swirling, as the stars begin to appear above the treetops. It’s pure magic.

The Flying Bull, Rake – 2 mins

A traditional country pub just down the lane. Perfect for hearty meals, Sunday roasts, and a glass of red.

Gilbert White’s House & Gardens – 25 mins

A fascinating 18th-century naturalist’s home turned museum with stunning landscaped gardens.
